About the event
Is your payment on the IAH FIS Renovation and Expansion Project still outstanding? If so, it is the result of missing data that, in many cases, can easily be identified, entered, and processed in the project's LCP Tracker/B2G software so that your payment can be perfected, and you can be made whole!
As a Federally Funded project, the government requires that all subcontractors track and provide correct data related to certified payroll, and other compliance records. Because of these Federal requirements, the General Contractor, Hensel Phelps, is prohibited from releasing complete funds if any subcontractor tracking data is missing.
